How to steep each blend.

Temperature and time matter more than most people realise. Here's exactly how to get the most from every tin.

Cold-brew overnight for the smoothest, least astringent cup. For hormonal support, drink 2 cups daily. Spearmint's androgen-lowering effect is cumulative — consistency is everything.

Never use boiling water. Temperatures above 185°F destroy L-theanine — the compound responsible for calm focus — and make green tea bitter. Let boiled water cool 3 minutes or use a temperature-controlled kettle.

Drink after meals for ongoing IBS prevention. During an active flare: 2–3 cups throughout the day. Cold-brew if peppermint feels too intense — it produces a gentler, less stimulating cup.

Choose your blend.
What do you need tonight — rest, glow, focus, or calm? Let the answer come before the kettle boils.

Set the temperature.
This matters more than most people think. Especially for Cloud Lift — never boiling. Use a thermometer or let boiled water cool for 3 minutes.

Measure and steep.
1.5 teaspoons per 8oz. Pour. Cover the cup for sleep blends to keep the volatile oils in. Start the timer.

While it steeps — be still.
Put the phone down. Take five slow breaths over the steam. This is the most important step. The rest is chemistry. This part is yours.

The first sip.
Hold the cup with both hands. This is the dusk between your day and your night. Exhale slowly before you drink. You earned this.
