Some herbs can interact with medications — particularly adaptogens, valerian, and passionflower with sleep or anxiety medications, and spearmint with hormonal treatments. We always recommend consulting your doctor if you take medication regularly.

Some blends contain herbs not recommended during pregnancy — including raspberry leaf in the first trimester and valerian. Please consult your healthcare provider. Petal Glow is generally well-tolerated but we still recommend checking with your doctor.

Herbal support is cumulative, not immediate. For hormonal support (Goddess Eclipse), most people notice changes after 4–8 weeks of consistent daily use. Sleep blends (Lunar Rest) tend to work more quickly — many people feel a difference from the first cup.
